Our Story

At Bergman Physical Therapy + Movement, we believe movement is the foundation of a healthy, active life. Our mission is simple: to help people reduce pain, recover from injury, restore movement, and confidently return to the activities they love. As a locally owned physical therapy clinic in Thousand Oaks, CA, we provide personalized, one-on-one care designed to address the root cause of pain—not just the symptoms.

We created our practice because too often, healthcare feels rushed and impersonal. Every treatment session at Bergman Physical Therapy + Movement is delivered one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, ensuring individualized care, evidence-based treatment, and a personalized recovery plan to help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results.
